Program Description
The Bachelor of Building Design Management (Honours) at Western Sydney University is a four-year program that integrates architectural design with construction management. It covers all stages of building projects—from concept and documentation to quality control and handover. Students develop skills in cost forecasting, risk management, and sustainable delivery, often through real-world simulations and industry placements. The program includes an embedded honours stream in the fourth year, contingent on academic performance, and is accredited by both the Chartered Institute of Building and the Australian Institute of Building.
