Program Description
The Bachelor of Pharmacy at the University of Auckland is a four-year professional programme that combines scientific knowledge with practical training to prepare students for careers in pharmacy and healthcare. Students gain hands-on experience through clinical placements, laboratory work, and internships, developing expertise in medicine management, patient care, and pharmaceutical research. Graduates are eligible for registration as pharmacists and can pursue careers in community or hospital pharmacy, research, regulatory affairs, and healthcare consultancy, both in New Zealand and internationally.
