Program Description
The Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Auckland is a three-year professional programme that combines theory, clinical practice, and healthcare skills to prepare students for a career in nursing. Through extensive clinical placements in hospitals and community settings, students gain hands-on experience in patient care, health promotion, and evidence-based practice. Graduates are eligible for registration as nurses and can pursue careers in hospitals, primary care, community health, or specialized nursing roles both in New Zealand and internationally.
