Program Description
The Bachelor of Languages and Linguistics in Arabic at Western Sydney University combines the study of Arabic language and culture with the scientific exploration of how language works. Students develop advanced proficiency in Arabic through grammar, writing, speaking, and cultural studies, while learning linguistics theories and research methods to analyse language structure and use. The program includes opportunities for internships, study abroad, and practice-based projects, preparing graduates for careers in translation and interpreting, diplomacy, international business, media, education, or multilingual communication and policy roles.
