Program Description
The Bachelor of Engineering Science (Materials) at Western Sydney University is a three-year program focused on understanding, developing, and applying materials — including metals, polymers, ceramics, and composites — to solve real-world engineering challenges. Students learn about material selection, processing, characterisation, and design while gaining practical skills through project work and guided industry placements.
