Program Description
The Master of Creative Writing at the University of Auckland is a postgraduate programme that nurtures advanced skills in fiction, poetry, non-fiction, and digital storytelling. Students engage in workshops, mentorship, and independent projects to develop a polished creative portfolio. Graduates can pursue careers as professional writers, editors, content creators, publishers, or continue into research and teaching in creative writing both in New Zealand and internationally.
