Program Description
The Master of Social and Community Leadership at the University of Auckland is a postgraduate programme designed to develop advanced leadership, advocacy, and problem-solving skills for those working in social services and community organisations. Students gain practical experience through applied projects and research while exploring topics such as social innovation, policy, and organisational leadership. Graduates are prepared for careers as community leaders, programme managers, policy advisors, and social impact specialists across government, NGOs, and advocacy sectors in New Zealand and internationally.
