Program Description
The Bachelor of Food Technology and Nutrition at RMIT University equips students with the scientific knowledge and practical skills to develop, assess, and manage safe and nutritious food products. The program combines hands-on laboratory work, industry projects, and internships, providing experience in food formulation, quality assurance, and nutrition science.
