International merits based Scholarships for graduates and undergraduates Students
RMIT University offers a number of merit scholarships to international undergraduate and graduate students that recognize academic performance and potential. The Academic Merit Scholarship provides a 20% fee remission to high-achieving students (minimum equivalent GPA of 2.5/4.0 or 70%), and the College of Business and Law Academic Merit Scholarship provides a 25% fee discount to applicants with a GPA of 3.0/4.0 (around 75%) or above. For high-achieving students pursuing research degrees, the RMIT International Tuition Fee Scholarship (RIFOS/RRITFS) offers full tuition fees (and sometimes, a stipend) for 4 years for PhD or 2 years for Master's by Research, typically requiring first-class Honours or GPA of 4.0/4.0 (80%+). On campus at RMIT Vietnam, the International Excellence Scholarship provides 50% or 25% fee remissions for a student with a GPA of 80% or more in their final year, while Foundation Studies Scholarship provides up to 50% of tuition fees for students with an average of 70% or more.
