Program Description
The Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) at RMIT University equips students with the knowledge and skills to manage and develop talent effectively within organizations. The program combines practical learning, industry projects, and internships, providing hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development. Graduates are prepared for diverse career outcomes such as HR specialist, recruitment consultant, training and development manager, or organizational development advisor, ready to support and lead workforce strategies in dynamic business environments.
