Master of Food Science
Program Description
The Master of Food Science at the University of Auckland is a postgraduate programme that equips students with advanced knowledge and practical skills in food production, safety, nutrition, and technology. Students gain hands-on experience through laboratory research, industry projects, and applied learning. Graduates are prepared for careers in food innovation, quality assurance, research and development, regulatory affairs, and the food industry both in New Zealand and internationally.
