Northumbria University, officially the University of Northumbria at Newcastle, is a public research university located in Newcastle upon Tyne, North East England. Its roots go back to the late 19th century with institutions such as Rutherford College of Technology, and it was known as Newcastle Polytechnic before it received full university status in 1992. International merits based Scholarships for graduates and undergraduates Students
Northumbria University offers merit-based scholarships to international students, with up to £3,000 off first-year undergraduate tuition fees and £2,000–£3,000 off for postgraduates depending on point of entry. These are also given automatically for self-funded overseas fee status students without needing to apply independently. While merit-based, the university does not actually stipulate a particular GPA prerequisite, instead assessing students on the merit of meeting entry requirements and course-specified necessities.
