Program Description
The BSc (Hons) Nutrition: Food Marketing at Newcastle University combines nutritional science with marketing principles focused on the food industry. Students learn about consumer behaviour, product development, and health promotion, supported by practical projects and an optional placement year. Graduates are prepared for careers in food marketing, health promotion, product management, or further study.
