Program Description
This honours program enhances advanced knowledge in human nutrition, food science, and health research with a strong focus on scientific investigation. Students undertake a supervised research project and gain valuable exposure through industry-based learning. Graduates can pursue careers in nutrition research, public health promotion, food and health consultancy, or progress to postgraduate study in dietetics or related health fields.
