Program Description
The Master of Arts in Teacher Leadership prepares educators to assume leadership roles within schools and districts. The program combines coursework in instructional leadership, curriculum development, teacher mentoring, and school improvement strategies with practical applications. Students develop skills in collaborative leadership, decision-making, and professional development facilitation.
