Program Description
The Master of Arts in Teacher Leader: Endorsement – Ohio prepares educators to take on leadership roles within K–12 schools in Ohio. The program combines coursework in instructional leadership, curriculum development, teacher mentoring, and school improvement strategies with practical field experiences. Students develop skills in collaborative leadership, decision-making, and professional development facilitation. Graduates are prepared for teacher leader endorsement and leadership roles in Ohio schools.
