Program Description
The Master of Arts in Principal Preparation: Ohio equips educators with the knowledge and skills required for school leadership within Ohio’s educational system. The program combines coursework in educational leadership, administration, curriculum, and policy with practical field experiences. Students develop expertise in school management, instructional leadership, and organizational decision-making. Graduates are prepared for principal or administrative roles in Ohio K–12 schools and meet state requirements for principal licensure.
