Program Description
The Master of Viticulture and Oenology at the University of Adelaide equips students with advanced knowledge and practical skills in grape growing, winemaking, and vineyard management. Through hands-on projects, industry collaborations, and laboratory work, students gain expertise in viticulture techniques, wine production, and quality control. Graduates are prepared for careers as viticulturists, winemakers, vineyard managers, or wine industry consultants in wineries, vineyards, and wine production enterprises.
