Program Description
The Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Bioscience at the University of Adelaide provides a strong foundation in animal biology, pathology, physiology, and clinical sciences as the first step toward becoming a veterinarian. Students gain extensive hands-on experience through laboratory work, animal handling, clinical skills training, and industry placements. Graduates are prepared to enter the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) program or pursue careers in animal health research, biosecurity, laboratory science, and roles within veterinary, agricultural, and government sectors.
