Bachelor of Midwifery
Program Description
The Bachelor of Midwifery at the University of Adelaide equips students with skills in maternal and newborn care, pregnancy management, and reproductive health. Students gain practical experience through clinical placements, simulations, and internships in hospitals, birthing centres, and community health settings. Graduates are prepared for careers as registered midwives, maternal and child health specialists, and roles within hospitals, community health services, and maternal care organisations.
