Program Description
The BSc (Hons) Nursing: Learning Disabilities at UWE Bristol is a professional course that prepares you to provide holistic care for individuals with learning disabilities across their lifespan. The curriculum combines academic study with extensive hands-on clinical placements in a variety of healthcare settings. This program, which is approved by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), leads to excellent career outcomes as a qualified learning disability nurse in roles such as a community learning disability nurse, as well as specialist school nurse, or an advocate.
